Who can join the partner program?
The program is open to marketing agencies, event consultants, technology integrators, and professionals working with festivals, clubs, promoters or venues. If you work with clients in the live events industry and want to offer them a professional CRM and marketing automation solution, this program is for you.
How do commissions work?
You receive a recurring commission for each client you refer that becomes an active Nevent customer. We offer different commission levels based on the volume of referred clients and the contracted plan. Contact us to learn the specific program details.
What support do I receive as a partner?
As a Nevent partner you receive: complete platform training, access to marketing materials (presentations, success stories, demos), priority technical support for your clients, dedicated account manager, access to a demo/sandbox account for testing, and participation in exclusive partner events.
Do I need technical knowledge to be a partner?
You don't need to be a technical expert. We provide all necessary training on how Nevent works, its main integrations, and use cases. The most important thing is that you know the events industry well and understand your clients' pain points. We help you with the technical part.
Can I manage my clients' accounts?
Yes. As a partner you can have access to your clients' accounts (with their authorization) to help them with initial setup, create campaigns, manage segmentation, and optimize their results. Many of our partners offer managed services to their clients using Nevent as their main platform.
How do I get started?
It's very simple: write to us at partners@nevent.ai indicating who you are, what type of clients you work with, and why you're interested in the program. We'll schedule a call to get to know each other, explain the program details, and if we're a good fit, we'll sign the partner agreement and you'll start with training. The whole process usually takes 1-2 weeks.
